I am currently on my second bottle of alpha protocol. I honestly have to say I really like the stuff. I find that I have great muscular endurance with it. I am on a low carb diet at the moment and am finding that the alpha protocol is helping me get through my tough work outs.
I don't like taking the 3 pills in am and 3 pills in pm. Rather, I take all 6 pills with my breakfast. I do this so I won't forget to take the pm dose. I find that it is more convenient for me. Just a personal preference.
Anywho- I will post updates on future progress. I am doing the ironman bodybuilding show on October 6, 2012. I look foreword to hearing what you guys think of this stuff.
